We're Seeking Grill Cleaning Technicians Who:

• Possess a strong work ethic and are ready to apply their skills and experience.
• Have a clean driver's license.
• Bring at least 5 years of full-time work experience to the table.
• Can lift over 50 pounds and stay on their feet for 6-8 hours a day.
• Have a basic understanding of grills, ovens, and similar appliances.
• Pay close attention to detail and prioritize punctuality and responsibility.
• Are eager to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Have experience in service roles visiting homes.
• Bonus points if you're handy with tools and capable of minor repairs.

We are now looking to share our story and connect with our audience through engaging, creative content on social media platforms.

We're Seeking a Social Media Specialist Who Can:

• Work 20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
• Create engaging content in various formats, including images, graphics, videos, and carousels, tailored to our brand voice and audience.
• Demonstrate solid graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Have substantial social media experience, understanding the nuances of each platform and how to optimize content for engagement and reach.
• Possess at least 3 years of professional work experience, preferably with a background in marketing, with an agency, or a similar position with a residential service business.
• Commit to taking pictures/videos in person at least one day per week in central New Jersey, capturing the essence of our services and the transformation we bring to outdoor cooking spaces.
• Bonus if you can help with email marketing, website updates and video editing.
